Join us for an unforgettable early morning adventure up one of Canmore’s most iconic peaks. This guided sunrise hike takes you up Ha Ling before the crowds, offering breathtaking views of the Bow Valley and Spray Lakes just as the sun lights up the Rockies. The hike is approximately 7.8 km round trip with 750 m of elevation gain, and typically takes 3–5 hours to complete at a steady, enjoyable pace. We’ll hike under headlamps through peaceful forest switchbacks, reaching the summit just in time to enjoy a warm drink, trail snacks, and a 360° mountain sunrise. Along the way, your guide will share local stories, geology, and wildlife insights to deepen your connection with the trail. Whether you’re a sunrise chaser or simply up for a rewarding challenge, this is a Rocky Mountain moment you’ll never forget.
