Moraine Lake and Lake Louise Sunrise

Experience two of the Canadian Rockies' most iconic destinations during the quietest and most peaceful hours of the day. Our small-group sunrise tour is designed to provide a relaxed, personal experience with plenty of time to explore, ask questions, and enjoy the mountains at a slower pace. The morning begins at Moraine Lake, where you'll spend approximately two hours watching first light illuminate the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Guests are free to explore the shoreline, climb the Rockpile for panoramic views, or simply take in the atmosphere while enjoying a continental-style breakfast accompanied by freshly brewed coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. After sunrise, we continue to Lake Louise for another two-hour visit. This allows ample time to stroll the lakeshore, venture onto the Lakeshore Trail, or hike to the popular Fairview Lookout for an elevated perspective of the turquoise waters and surrounding peaks. Unlike larger bus tours, our groups remain intentionally small. We believe the best experiences happen through genuine conversation, flexibility, and a pace that allows you to connect with both the landscape and the people around you. Whether you're visiting for the first time or returning to see these places in a new light, our goal is to create a memorable and personal mountain experience from start to finish. Guests will spend approximately two hours at each location, with a relaxed pace designed for unhurried viewing, photography, and interpretation along the way. Coffee and a continental-style breakfast are included, giving you time to warm up and settle into the morning while taking in the scenery. Please note that while this tour is timed for sunrise, sunrise views cannot be guaranteed due to weather and cloud conditions. Trip start times will vary throughout the season depending on sunrise hours and daylight changes. This experience is designed to be calm, scenic, and thoughtfully guided, an early start that rewards you with some of the most memorable moments the Rockies have to offer.
